Our staff: At Continuity Care we employ our staff based on the need of our participants. We look for people who have worked within the caring industry who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience and who continue wanting to support people. We have a mixture of staff working for us, young people, older people, males, females, support workers, clinical nurses, people from CALD backgrounds and every one of our staff are provided with the support and training needed to ensure they can support our participants. We have staff who have been serving their community over the last 20 years, working with people in a caring capacity. We have staff that can assist you with medication supervision and administration, activities of daily living, and capacity building supports, such as learning how to catch a bus into the shopping centre. If this is something you think you would like to get involved in, please give us a call and we can talk to you about fees and how we charge for these services through your NDIS plan. All the services we provide are aimed to be effective and beneficial to you, value for money as well as in line with your goals.
