Laura is committed to working alongside people living with mental health conditions or disability to live the best life of their choosing. She believes that even the smallest contributions can be a step towards achieving an individual’s life goals and change the life path.

When she is not at work, Laura dedicates her time to her family and two fur babies. Laura loves to cook, is an avid read and enjoys live music.

Experience

Within the 13 years working in Mental Health and Disability Sector, Laura now describes herself as a NDIS nerd and sees the benefit to understanding how all the little pieces work to get the best outcomes for participants and for NDIS service providers.

Laura has spent the Last 6 years working in various Management positions in not-for-profit organisations with the focus on the transition of service delivery under the NDIS. Laura shows a high track record of providing employees with the support, tools, and leadership to grow and succeed personally and professionally. She is a strong believer that a workforce that feels valued and cared for is more productive, happier and contributes to a healthier work environment.

Laura loves to challenge the stigma experienced by people living with mental health conditions and disabilities. She is driven to see people overcome barriers in their lives to be living the best life of their choosing.

She is committed to driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations across all aspects of Continuity Care.

- Clinical Governance
- CPI Safety Intervention (prev. MAPA) Certified Trainer
