Experience
With around 10 years professional experience, Shaiba is passionate about contributing to an organisation that makes a real difference in people’s lives. Shaiba started his career at a commercial bank and then joined an accounting practice where he gained extensive experience managing the financial, asset, cash flow and governance aspects of both public listed and private organisations including Aged Care and NDIS provider in Australia. Shaiba has been with Continuity Care since 2020 and taking responsibilities of Finance Division, Plan Management and also helping with Governance in the company.
Education & Qualification
Shaiba is academically Master of Business Administration with Finance specialisation, Master of Professional Accounting and an Associate Member of CPA Australia. Shaiba also has completed few trainings and short courses in Leadership, Personality Development, Governance etc.
